Born as a shelter for the guests of the Relais, soon became a testing ground for Chef Maurizio Santinon and his passion and creativity. He always cares about bringing on the table the best o the fresh products of the area that he chooses scrupulously to have just the best rough materials, genuine and fresh.

Pasta, bread, flat breads, bread sticks, cakes and many more are the products that every day the staff prepares with care and attention to make each of your meals at Sergio 1950 unique.

After a short experience in the kitchen of the “da Guido” restaurant in Castigliole d’Asti by the Alciati family, with the Chef Zecchin Luca, Maurizio Santinon, self-taught, passionate and always attentive to his guest’s needs, created a new benchmark for the cuisine of the Varese area

Sergio 1950 attracts everyday more the attention of guides and magazines of the field, starting from the Micheline’s to the Gambero Rosso guide.

On site, Riccardo and his staff will suggest and cuddle you with quality service and a choice of wines that space out from classic Italians to French wines, with some international cue.
